My name is Brittany Lane, I am a mom, nurse, certified health + life coach and certified hypnotherapist.

 

 â€‹I am from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan ... yes, I know you don't know where that is and thats exacly why I escaped to the beautiful city of Calgary, Canada, where I have lived for the last 10 years with my beautiful daughter and partner. I graduated and worked as a nurse for 11 years in many areas and eventually taught nursing at Bow Valley College for 6 years. I have always been interested in helping and healing people but I found a way that was much more fulfilling when I underwent my own transformative healing journey. Through that I found an extreme passion in helping people uncover their limiting beliefs and then rewire them in order for them to start achieving their truest potential in life. This lead me to the online world and started creating my social media presence in 2020. Finding humour allowed me to connect with so many people and just make life a little lighter when we are so overwhelmed with the daily routine of life. 

 

​In my spare time, I am either found with at the yoga studio, or at the mall, looking for fashionable outfits that work as a mom but also leave me feeling confident and proud of myself. When I'm not making lunches or cleaning my house, you can find me out with friends, daughter or partner, having coffee going to farmers markets, the spa, or jumping on a plane to the next exiting location to explore. â€‹

I am a woman who is determined to create a space where all of us woman can come to feel accepted and safe to unveil our most authentic and vulnerable self without any judgement but a community of like minded woman who cheer you on.

I am passionate about health (yoga, fitness, healthy food), beauty, fashion, reaching your full potential in life.
